At Miss Ann Charters, our goal is to provide our passengers with a unique experience,
offering the splendor and elegance of 1920s and 1930s luxury yachting while touring the
scenic Potomac River out of Washington, DC.
Custom designed and built in 1926, Miss Ann is an elegant 127-foot luxury fantail yacht
built to be the fastest and most stable diesel yacht of her time. Commissioned
Aquamarine during WW II, she sailed on the Potomac River for research purposes
and served as tender for the Presidential Yachts Potomac and Williamsburg.
Soon after decommissioning she began graciously serving guests of Irvington, Virginia's
Tides Inn where she remained for over 50 years becoming a Virginia Registered Landmark
and a member of the National Historic Registry.
Now operating out of Washington, DC,Miss Ann provides the perfect setting for your
wedding or
reception,
corporate outings,
private parties,
catered dining cruises,
or holiday parties.
We operate from the Gangplank Marina on the Washington DC SW waterfront,
