signing of cruise agreement within 2 weeks of reservation request or 2 weeks prior to cruise, whichever occurs first.
- Late reservations (less than two weeks prior to cruise) are subject to expediting fee.
- Cancellations
by client are subject to forfeiture of deposit and initial payment.
- All charters
are subject to re-scheduling or cancellation due to unforeseen
circumstances arising from inclement weather, mechanical
difficulties, acts of God, etc.
